Regional Sales Director: Lead Growth & Key Accounts

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director, Sales (RSD) in the United States (NJ area) to lead field sales leadership and drive growth across an assigned region. You will collaborate with service, systems integration, marketing, and channel teams to expand market presence, wallet share, and customer engagement. You will set regional targets, forecast performance, and recruit and develop high-impact sales leaders to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
