Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday | Generally no weekends | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and develop individualized care plans for patients in accordance with Physical Therapy standards of practice
• Provide care across a mixed outpatient and inpatient setting, serving a patient population spanning the full lifespan from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Treat a variety of conditions including orthopedic post-operative cases (TKA, THA, TSA, etc.) and outpatient neurological diagnoses
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements
• Float to the outpatient clinic as needed based on facility requirements
• Participate in on-call rotation; call-back minimum is 2 hours with applicable call-back pay

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Michigan State Physical Therapy License (required prior to start)
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Candidates who decline flu and/or COVID vaccination are required to wear a mask at all times while on-site per facility policy; compliance is mandatory with no exceptions

Preferred Experience / Skills

• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience working in cold-weather climates (Midwest, Northeast, or Mountain regions) is preferred for winter start dates to support reliability through weather events
• Strong adaptability, resilience, and ability to manage change in a dynamic clinical environment
• Outgoing, collaborative personality that works well within an interdisciplinary team
