Drivers run 2,500–2,600 miles per week with 85–90% drop-and-hook freight. Dispatch works around available freight, driver hours, and home-time planning to support a practical regional operating schedule. Pay & Weekly Miles Drivers earn $1,450 to $1,600 per week while running 2,500–2,600 miles. Additional earnings include detention pay, layover pay, holiday pay, accessorial pay, and optional hazmat opportunities. Drivers are paid weekly through direct deposit. The mileage range and additional earning opportunities provide a clear pay structure for drivers who prefer regional work with a high percentage of drop-and-hook freight. Equipment & Driver Comfort Drivers operate late-model Kenworth T680 automatic trucks equipped for regional work and extended time on the road. Smart Idle systems and bunk heaters Double bunks and 1500w inverters Brand-new mattresses The equipment provides practical comfort features for drivers spending multiple days on the road between scheduled home resets. Home Time & Running Area Drivers typically run 7–9 days followed by a full 34+ hour home reset. Home time can be taken anywhere along the driver's route No runs into NYC or New Jersey Drivers have access to more than 30 terminals nationwide with clean showers, gyms, laundry facilities, and support services available while traveling throughout the regional network.
