We are looking for technicians who:

• Understand dealership workflow and flat-rate production
• Can diagnose and repair efficiently

Compensation

$40–$50 per flat rate hour depending on experience, certifications, and production ability

Relocation assistance and toolbox moving support may be available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Ford dealership or structured automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair ability
• Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ford certifications highly valued
