Job Description We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outpatient services, with preferred experience but new graduates are welcomed to apply. The role involves managing a patient caseload, ensuring high-quality patient care, and meeting productivity expectations. Responsibilities Provide evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for patients. Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day. Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week. Possibility of double-booking follow-up visits. Coordinate care and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Outpatient experience preferred.
