Data Entry Associate

LaSalle Network is hiring a Data Entry Associate for a healthcare organization! This is a great contract opportunity for detail-oriented candidates with administrative or benefits experience to support enrollment operations, audits, and day-to-day workflows.

What's the Job?

Process and support audit requests, including pulling documentation
Upload documents (beneficiary forms, proof docs) into DMS
Monitor shared inboxes and respond to inquiries
Process demographic and contact updates
Scan and track mailed payments
Support open enrollment activities
Assist with returned mail and provide general administrative support

Key Details:

Compensation: $19-20/hour
Location: Oak Brook, IL
Work Model: Hybrid

What's Needed?

12 years of administrative, data entry, or benefits experience
Knowledge of eligibility and billing processes preferred
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills
