Evolution is hiring On Camera Game Dealers at our Atlantic City broadcast studio.

You’ll host live Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat games on camera while online players join from around the state. You’ll deal cards, spin the wheel, engage players, and keep each game moving smoothly.

No casino experience required. No dealing experience needed. We provide paid training and teach you everything during Evolution Academy.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Host live Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and other casino games on camera
• Deal cards, spin the wheel, and follow game procedures accurately
• Engage online players in a friendly, professional, and entertaining way
• Follow on screen instructions and studio standards
• Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
• Complete paid training before hosting live games

You will not handle cash or work directly with customers in person.

We Offer

• $17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
• Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
• After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr + $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed

Qualifications

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Have experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurants, reception, or another public facing role
• Are comfortable speaking and appearing on camera
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Can follow instructions and procedures accurately
• Bring a positive attitude and professional presence
• Are reliable, punctual, and ready to commit to a full time schedule
• Can work evenings, weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts based on your assigned schedule

No casino or gaming experience required. We’ll train you.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a New Jersey gaming license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
• Able to remain seated or standing during assigned games
• Able to wear the assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• Able to complete paid training before hosting live games

Additional Information

Essential Game Presenter and Game Show Host Physical Functions:

• Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
• Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
• Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
• Able to work assigned full-time shifts including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license
