Job Category: Clerical and Secretarial Hiring Range: $35,589.00 - $38,192.000 Overall Position Competency: Contributing Primary Purpose of the Position: The Admissions Processor supports the Office of Admissions in recruiting and admitting a diverse student body to Fayetteville State University. This role ensures the smooth flow of the application process, updating and managing applicant files through systems like NOLIJ and SCT Banner and ensuring all materials are accurately processed for counselor review. The Admissions Processor helps maintain high standards of customer service and accurate communication with prospective students and stakeholders. Requirements and Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience with CRM systems and complex data entry. Strong time management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently on detailed projects.
