Fund Finance/Subscription Line Senior Associate or Counsel

We are seeking a senior associate (counsel will also be considered) with 4+ years of fund finance/subscription line experience to join our nationally ranked Global Finance group. Our team represents financial institutions, alternative lenders and asset managers on a wide array of fund-related financings and loan transactions. We are involved in all aspects of funds finance, including providing input on debt and leverage issues at the time of fund formation and downstream structuring and transactions. Our practice is top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers Global and Chambers UK.Salary is $310,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.
