Responsibilities may include:Assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and groomingHelping clients with walking, transfers, and repositioning as neededObserving and reporting changes in a client's physical or mental conditionProviding medication reminders according to the care planPreparing meals and assisting with light household tasksOffering companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragementDocumenting care provided and communicating with the office when concerns ariseQualificationsWe 're looking for caregivers who are reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent care.Preferred qualifications include:CNA certification is preferred but not requiredPrevious experience in home care, assisted living, long-term care, or a healthcare settingReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseAbility to work independently while following an individualized care planExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDependable attendance and a strong work ethicWhy Perfect Fit Home Care?At Perfect Fit Home Care, we know our caregivers are the heart of what we do.
