Role Description The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, from case intake through resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and maintaining case files, drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and settlement documents, as well as preparing exhibits and trial notebooks. The role involves obtaining and summarizing medical records, police reports, and other evidence, managing deadlines and calendars, coordinating with clients, courts, experts, and opposing counsel, and assisting with hearing, mediation, and trial preparation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL, requiring regular collaboration with attorneys and staff in the office. Qualifications Strong litigation support skills, including drafting pleadings, discovery documents, and legal correspondence, and organizing case files and evidence. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software, along with accurate data entry and document management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including clear client communication, professional telephone and email etiquette, and effective collaboration with attorneys and staff. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, track deadlines, and handle multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and analytical skills for reviewing records, summarizing medical and incident reports, and identifying key facts relevant to each case. Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL, with a professional demeanor, reliability, and discretion in handling confidential information. Prior experience as a litigation or personal injury paralegal is highly beneficial. Familiarity with Florida court procedures, e-filing systems, and local rules is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
