AP/AR Specialist

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist Pittsburgh, PA $50,000-$60,000 About the Opportunity CFS is partnering with a growing company in Pittsburgh to hire an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role will primarily focus on high-volume accounts payable processing, with additional responsibility for supporting accounts receivable functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. AP/AR Specialist Responsibilities Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Enter, code, and maintain invoices in QuickBooks Online Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies Manage electronic invoice documentation and maintain accurate AP records Assist with job costing and expense tracking Support accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and payment tracking Qualifications of the AP/AR Specialist Role 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience Experience managing large transaction volumes in a fast-paced environment Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online Working knowledge of accounts receivable processes Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy Ability to work independently and contribute quickly with minimal training Strong communication and problem-solving skills
