In this onsite, contract position, youll work with a dedicated team to help approximately 40 students with mild to moderate speech impairments reach their communication goals. With a manageable caseload and a supportive environment, you can focus on meaningful interventions and professional growth near the vibrant West Palm Beach area.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid FL SLPA license
• Experience or interest in serving middle school students
• Skills working in school-based and/or healthcare settings as an SLPA
• Strong communication and collaborative abilities
• Commitment to positive, student-centered care

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services under supervision of a licensed SLP
• Support progress toward IEP goals with engaging, evidence-based interventions
• Record and report on student progress accurately
• Collaborate with teachers, SLPs, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and professional learning
