Exciting Opportunity for a Sports Orthopedic Surgery Physician

We are thrilled to announce a full-time position for a Sports Orthopedic Surgery Physician to become part of our expanding practice in Fresno, California. This role typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with shared emergency department call responsibilities among qualified members of our Orthopedics Department. The ideal candidate should be open to taking general orthopedic emergency calls.

Our organization is a physician-led multispecialty group comprising over 120 providers, actively seeking a sports orthopedic surgeon to enhance our busy orthopedic practice. The team is bolstered by three orthopedic surgeons, two sports medicine/family medicine physicians, and three advanced practice providers. We are affiliated with a highly regarded medical center that has been recognized as the Best Regional Hospital by U.S. News & World Report.

Situated in Central California, our location offers a lower cost of living and is conveniently close to stunning natural attractions such as Yosemite, Kings Canyon, and Sequoia National Parks. • Provide high-quality orthopedic care to patients.
• Participate in shared emergency department call duties.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
• Successful completion of an accredited orthopedic residency program.
• Board Certification through the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS) or the ability to obtain certification within three years.
• Eligibility for California medical licensure and privileges at our affiliated medical center.
• Valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
• Willingness to take general orthopedic call.
