Job Summary
Operating Room Specialty Position in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role involves providing surgical support in an OR setting with a focus on trauma and orthopedic procedures. The assignment is scheduled to start as soon as possible and will last for approximately 13 weeks, offering a dynamic environment with a diverse mix of cases and a need for experienced professionals.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; BLS certification; 2 years of experience with Operating Room procedures, including utilization of da Vinci Robotics; orthopedic experience. Enhanced consideration for candidates with vascular experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with vascular procedures and flexible personality fit to adapt to unit needs
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The unit operates a Trauma II (24-hour staff) OR with a total of 13 ORs and over 81 FTE staff. Typical procedures include a wide range of surgeries except LVADS, transplants, and pediatric (under 14 years old). Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and experience in high-volume, fast-paced surgical environments.
