Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment.
- Assist with perioperative patient flow, including pre-op assessments, intraoperative monitoring, and post-anesthesia care as appropriate.
- Document assessments, plans of care, interventions, and patient outcomes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain sterile technique, ensure patient safety, and support a culture of infection prevention and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with the surgical team, anesthesia providers, and postoperative care staff to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements
- Active California RN license
- OR nursing experience is preferred
- Ability to work days shift in a high-care perioperative environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to participate in credentialing processes and to meet assignment-specific onboarding requirements
- Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment and comply with clinical scheduling needs
