Contract | Nights | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Pediatric Float ICU capacity, covering multiple intensive care units including PICU, NICU, TDICU, and CICU
• Float between two campuses as assigned to meet staffing needs
• Deliver care in general and specialty areas as needed in addition to ICU assignments
• Maintain a patient ratio of 2–3:1 in accordance with unit standards
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
• Make up any missed shifts as required per facility policy

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PICU or Pediatric CICU
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Ability and willingness to float to multiple campuses
• Must pass a nicotine drug screen; facility is nicotine-free

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working across multiple pediatric ICU subspecialties (NICU, CICU, TDICU)
• Prior float pool or multi-unit nursing experience in a pediatric setting
