Earning Potential: $65,000–$100,000+ based on performance

About the Role

My Healthy Penguin is a growing fresh-food and meal prep company serving businesses and organizations throughout Southern California.

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales & Marketing Representative to help expand our business, develop new opportunities, and build strong relationships with current and prospective partners.

This is a hands-on role that combines sales, marketing, business development, and relationship management. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both in the field and in the office, meeting with businesses, presenting our services, generating new opportunities, and representing the My Healthy Penguin brand professionally.

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, personable, and strong with follow-through. This person should be able to take initiative, build lasting business relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and provide a high level of service to the partnerships they manage.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys sales, networking, relationship building, and being an active part of growing a company.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities
• Prospect through calls, email, networking, referrals, social media, and in-person outreach
• Introduce businesses to our food, catering, and workplace service options
• Conduct meetings, presentations, tastings, site visits, and marketing events
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners
• Regularly follow up with accounts and ensure a positive customer experience
• Identify opportunities to grow and expand existing partnerships
• Assist with marketing initiatives, community outreach, and brand awareness
• Generate new ideas for sales, promotions, events, and business growth
• Maintain organized follow-ups, account information, and sales activity
• Represent My Healthy Penguin professionally in the field

Previous experience in  sales, marketing, business development, account relationships, hospitality, catering, food service, or a similar field is preferred.

Compensation

• $23/hour base pay
• Uncapped commission
• Additional earning opportunities based on performance and business growth
• $65,000–$100,000+ earning potential
