Sr. IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager / Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise technology modernization initiative. This is an owner-side leadership role working across business teams, IT, executives, vendors, and consultants to drive a complex system implementation from planning through go-live and stabilization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a complex enterprise technology modernization and system implementation.Manage multiple workstreams, project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.Coordinate internal business/IT teams, implementation vendors, and consultants.Oversee data migration, system integrations, testing/UAT, training, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.Manage vendor performance and contractual milestones.Develop executive-level status reporting and facilitate Steering Committee/governance meetings.Maintain integrated project/program schedules and support organizational readiness.
