Refrigeration Technician

Our client, a leader in industrial refrigeration and warehouse management, is seeking a dedicated Refrigeration Technician to join their team. As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be an integral part of the maintenance department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Refrigeration Technician

Location: Darien, WI

Pay Range: $27/hr

Shift: Monday through Friday 7A-3:30P

What's the Job?

• Perform routine refrigeration maintenance and repairs throughout the warehouse facility.
• Monitor system performance and identify when systems are not operating correctly.
• Replace components within refrigeration systems following safety procedures and industry standards.
• Conduct basic pump out/evacuate refrigerant for repairs or valve replacements.
• Test, maintain, and evaluate equipment performance using various instruments and calibration tools.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of industrial refrigeration maintenance experience or 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with relevant certifications.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairs with control systems such as ALTA/Allen Bradley.
• Ability to complete HAZMAT training and maintain certification.
• Experience using Oracle CMMS or similar maintenance management systems.
