Certified Dietary Manager
Avir at Irving, a premier healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Dietary Manager to join our team in Irving, Texas. As a key member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in planning, purchasing, preparing, and delivering high-quality food to our residents within a budgeted framework. Responsibilities:
- Plan, purchase, prepare, and ensure delivery of nutritious, high-quality food to residents within the approved budget
- Supervise and train dietary staff to maintain high standards of food service
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including food service operations and inventory management

Qualifications:
- Previous nursing home experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Credentialed in Dietary Management preferred
