Responsibilities:

• Plan, purchase, prepare, and ensure delivery of nutritious, high-quality food to residents within the approved budget
• Supervise and train dietary staff to maintain high standards of food service
• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including food service operations and inventory management

Qualifications:

• Previous nursing home experience preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Credentialed in Dietary Management preferred
