Sitework Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Sitework Foreman with a strong civil construction background to lead crews on site development projects in the Newington, NH area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with excavation, earthwork, underground utilities, grading, surveying, foundation layout, and heavy equipment operation, along with the leadership skills to effectively manage a crew and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise sitework crews on civil construction projects
- Perform and oversee site and foundation layouts
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and grading drawings
- Utilize GPS and rover equipment for layout, grading, and project accuracy
- Use Procore for project documentation, communication, and tracking
- Operate heavy equipment as needed while directing field operations
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project schedules
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients as required
- Experience as a Sitework Foreman, Lead Operator, or Civil Construction Foreman
- Strong civil construction experience required
- Surveying and GPS/rover experience required
- Experience performing site and foundation layouts
- Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software
- Skilled heavy equipment operator with experience in excavation and site development
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage daily field operations
- Knowledge of underground utilities, grading, drainage, and earthwork
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
