We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Video Editor to produce engaging, high‑quality video content that supports the organization's brand, marketing, communications, and business objectives. The Video Editor will collaborate with creative, marketing, communications, and content teams to transform raw footage, graphics, audio, and other visual assets into compelling and polished video content. The ideal candidate combines strong technical editing abilities with excellent visual storytelling, creativity, and a strong understanding of audience engagement. Key Responsibilities Edit and produce high‑quality video content for digital, social media, marketing, advertising, internal communications, and other business initiatives. Review and organize raw footage, audio recordings, graphics, animations, and other media assets. Develop video sequences that effectively communicate the intended message, brand identity, and creative direction. Perform video editing, color correction, audio mixing, transitions, visual effects, and basic motion graphics. Collaborate with marketing, creative, communications, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliverables. Translate creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, and concepts into engaging video content. Select appropriate footage, music, sound effects, graphics, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling. Create short‑form and long‑form video content for platforms such as websites, social media, presentations, campaigns, and internal communications. Ensure all video content maintains consistent branding, visual quality, tone, and messaging. Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining project timelines and creative standards. Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines and deliverables. Organize and maintain video files, project assets, footage, templates, and digital media libraries. Stay current with emerging video‑editing techniques, visual trends, social‑media formats, and creative technologies. Support the development of creative concepts and contribute ideas for improving video content and audience engagement. Ensure completed projects meet technical specifications for their intended platforms and distribution channels. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Film, Video Production, Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in professional video editing, content production, or a related creative role. Strong proficiency with video‑editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro , or equivalent tools. Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other creative software is preferred. Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, storytelling, transitions, color, typography, and sound. Ability to work with various video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and delivery specifications. Strong attention to detail and visual consistency. Excellent time‑management and organizational skills. Ability to interpret creative direction and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience creating content for social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, visual effects, and kinetic typography. Experience with professional color grading and audio post‑production. Familiarity with current digital‑video trends and audience engagement strategies. Experience working with marketing, advertising, branding, or corporate communications teams. Photography, videography, or camera‑operation experience. Experience producing content for corporate, commercial, or B2B audiences. Work Environment This position may be structured as a remote, hybrid, or onsite role , depending on organizational requirements. The Video Editor will collaborate with creative, marketing, communications, and business teams using digital collaboration and project‑management tools. Compensation Annual Salary Range: $60,000–$110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, technical expertise, location, and qualifications. The compensation package may also include applicable performance incentives, benefits, and other company‑sponsored programs. Employment Type Full‑Time Reporting Structure The Video Editor will report to the Creative Director, Marketing Director, or designated creative leader and will work closely with marketing, communications, design, content, and other cross‑functional teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
