Future Opening: Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member Bonus based on performance Paid time off ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Amanda Elam - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services. Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning and insurance advice. Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs. Stay current with market trends and product offerings. QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Licenses in insurance and FINRA Series 7 and 63 preferred. My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.We are located in Fort Wayne, IN and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including: Home insurance Life insurance State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
