This position conducts reviews, audits, and assessments to ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. The Compliance Specialist analyzes findings, prepares reports for management, and provides guidance and training to support a culture of compliance and risk awareness throughout the organization. Essential Duties 1. Conduct reviews, inspections, and audits of financial, operational, governmental, and vocational records, programs, and activities to evaluate compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and organizational standards. 2. Document audit findings and recommendations, track corrective actions, monitor progress toward resolution, and prepare trend analyses and summary reports for management review. 3. Provide technical assistance, guidance, and training to managers and staff regarding compliance requirements, policies, procedures, and best practices. 4. Maintain accurate records, audit documentation, and supporting materials in accordance with organizational standards and applicable requirements. 5. Collaborate with departments across the organization to promote compliance awareness, improve processes, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
