Our client is IMMEDIATELY seeking a BSC to provide clinical services to adults with IDD and/or autism in Plymouth Meeting. Take home $4,800 & up per month! Create your own schedule! SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY *Conduct behavioral assessments to develop individualized support plans. *Implement positive behavior strategies to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors. *Partner with care teams and train caregivers/staff on interventions and data tracking. *Track, analyze, and document progress to update treatment plans. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CLEARANCES *Master's degree with relevant course study required. *Minimum of two years' experience working directly with persons with disabilities or working within behavioral health, psychiatric populations. *Valid Driver's License & Must have own vehicle/reliable transportation *Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal *Produce current CPR & First Aid certification ADVANTAGES * Establish a relationship with the largest referral agency for behavioral health in the Philadelphia area. * Payments processed weekly. * Ability to grow professionally. * Access to a broad array of client opportunities.
