ABOUT THE ROLE

Feazel is one of the most established and respected roofing companies in the region, and we're building an elite setter team . We're looking for hungry, competitive, performance-driven people who want to be paid for results — not hours.

As a Setter your job is simple: knock doors in storm-affected neighborhoods, talk to homeowners, and manage a route/ set appointments for roof inspections . When the inspection happens, you get paid . When the homeowner files a claim, you get paid again and all you had to do was knock the door.

No experience required. We will train you from day one. If you can work hard, stay coachable, and show up every day, you can out-earn people with college degrees within your first few months.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Attend daily morning meetings and team training
• Ride out with your team
• Compete daily
• Identify homes with potential storm or roof damage
• Canvass assigned neighborhoods and speak with homeowners face-to-face
• Schedule free roof inspections with a closer
• Enter appointments accurately into our CRM
• Celebrate wins
• Learn from loses

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• An extremely strong work ethic
• Comfortable talking to new people and overcoming objections
• Reliable and On time
• High integrity — we hold a high standard
• Able to work outdoors and on your feet (until you earn a Segway)
• Prior door-to-door, sales, retail, restaurant, athletics, or military experience is a plus — but NOT required

PROMOTION PATH: SETTER → TEAM LEAD

• We promote from within — Fast. Consistently produce at a high level (25+ inspections per week with strong quality), show leadership, and help train others, and you can move into a Team Lead role in roughly 45 days.
• Team Leads get a unique opportunity to make a backend on the profit their leads generate for the company.

SCHEDULE

• Full-time, Tuesday–Saturday schedule
• Daily morning team meeting, then out in the area
