EEG T.) (within 18 months of hire) (dept tracks)Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesMust have the ability to learn to perform standard wake, drowsy and sleep EEG tests with general supervision. The ability to learn to perform complex EEGs including extended and continuous EEG's with and without video. The tech must have the ability to perform patient scheduling and charge entry. Must demonstrate technical competence, professional judgment, communication skills and sensitivity for the patient and family in crisis. Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
