Overview The Freight Broker will coordinate and manage freight movements, including sourcing carriers, negotiating rates, and arranging shipments across various modes such as LTL and truckload. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer and carrier relationships, handling incoming freight requests, and ensuring timely, accurate dispatching of loads. The role involves monitoring shipment status, resolving service issues, and communicating proactively with all stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time deliveries. The Freight Broker will also support account growth by identifying opportunities, preparing competitive quotes, and contributing to continuous improvement in service quality.
