The candidate must be able to work effectively in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment, engaging with senior leadership to build world-class community giving capabilities that contribute to BMO’s social impact and Purpose commitments. The candidate understands how to use data and analysis to inform and measure community giving programs. A member of the ECG leadership team, the candidate is an experienced, collaborative leader who can collaborate with other ECG leaders and teams in employee giving, social impact and strategy and governance to drive excellence in community giving. The Director, Employee and Community Giving, understands the different needs of stakeholders involved in employee and community giving and social impact across the market they are managing.Develops, promotes, maintains & manages Employee and Community Giving programs in Canada, performing periodic reviews, analyzing program outcomes, providing insights and making recommendations for enhancements/changes as required. Ensures the effective & efficient execution of all program components, including ensuring change management & communications are in place for any enhancements/changes and mitigating any risk. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
