Key Responsibilities Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently Manage visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and data entry Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area Provide information and support to residents and their families as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Skills And Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in customer service or reception preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor Availability to work Wednesday 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM, and Sunday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM At Tuscan Gardens Assisted Living, we value a caring and inclusive culture that promotes growth and community.
