Registered Nurse (RN) - Endoscopy Job Details:
- Organize and deliver comprehensive patient care by managing all phases of the care process, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Act as a team leader by delegating care responsibilities to nursing staff based on licensure, training, and role specifications
- Play a crucial role in advancing the facility's mission and goals, making a meaningful impact on the community served
- Adhere to standards set by the Joint Commission and other relevant federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies
- Work 56 hours per two weeks guaranteed, with flexibility to work up to 72 hours per two weeks
- Rotating 12-hour shifts with start times of 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM and end times of 3:30 PM or 4:00 PM
- On-call requirements include 4-hour on-call slots starting at 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing required
- Must have two years of RN experience in a Critical Care setting (ICU, ED, Cath Lab, etc.) OR one year of RN experience in an Endoscopy unit with proven competency in Procedural Sedation
- Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment required
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within one month of hire
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within one year of hire
