Handle purchases and sales of mortgage loans and receivables. Requirements At least 5 years of relevant law firm experience. Highly motivated with superior client service skills. Ability to manage and learn a broad array of transaction types. Membership to the State Bar of New York or Washington, D.C. required. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Skills Strong transactional and regulatory expertise. Excellent project management abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
