Sales and Marketing Intern

Location: Hybrid (Preference for candidates located near Wilmington, DE or Philadelphia, PA) Internship Type: Paid | Flexible Internship or Co-op Time Commitment: Flexible; approximately 20+ hours per week preferred The Role As a Marketing & Sales Communications Intern, you will support the infrastructure, content, and systems that enable Siegfried’s marketing, sales, and advisory teams to operate at a high level. This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role designed for students who want meaningful responsibility and exposure to professional services marketing. You will work closely with members of the Marketing team and occasionally support cross‑functional initiatives, contributing to work that is visible, impactful, and held to high standards. What You Will Do Support Siegfried sales profiles and related materials, including headshots and internal systems management Assist with marketing research, analytics, and reporting to support data‑informed decisions and presentations Provide social media support, including scheduling and performance reporting using HubSpot Maintain and update internal intranet content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability Support Siegfried Advisory initiatives and marketing projects as needed Manage and organize content and workflows using SmartSheet and SharePoint Handle internal materials with discretion and professionalism in accordance with Firm policies Tools You Will Use Workday HubSpot Google Analytics Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Social platform native tools (LinkedIn, Instagram, and others) SmartSheet SharePoint What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (sophomore through graduate level) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Comfort working with data, metrics, and reporting Professional maturity and discretion when handling internal or sensitive materials Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities Availability to work approximately 20 or more hours per week, with flexibility around academic schedules Ability to occasionally work from a Siegfried office in Wilmington, DE or Philadelphia, PA Application Materials Writing samples may be requested during the interview process #J-18808-Ljbffr The Siegfried Group
