What You'll Do as a Personal Caregiver As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support that helps clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
• Performing light housekeeping duties
• Offering medication reminders
• Supporting mobility and daily living activities
• Building meaningful relationships with clients and families

What We're Looking For Successful Caregivers are compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to improving the lives of others. Qualifications:

• HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required
• Willingness to complete paid training provided by the company
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for helping seniors and adults thrive at home
