**Location:** Tuba City, Arizona
⏳ **Contract:** 13 Weeks
**Shift:** 10-hour shifts, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, 4 shifts/week + on-call
⏱️ **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 Hours/Week
**EMR:** Allscripts
**Holiday Coverage:** Required
**Call:** Required


### Requirements
* Active, unrestricted RN AZ license
* Minimum **3 years of experience**
* 2+ years of clinical nursing and/or OR experience
* Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
* Current **AHA BLS & ACLS**
* **PALS, NIHSS, CNOR & TNCC**
* OR Circulator experience required
* Must be comfortable circulating across multiple specialties
* Scrubbing experience highly preferred
* W-2 employment only

### Key Responsibilities
* Provide perioperative nursing care using the nursing process
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
* Circulate cases across multiple surgical specialties
* Prepare for emergency cases with short notice
* Work varied hours when on call
* Assist with maintaining safe and efficient OR operations


### Assignment Details
* 13-week travel contract
* 4 × 10-hour day shifts per week
* 36 guaranteed hours/week
* On-call required
* Holiday coverage required
* Overtime after 40 hours/week
* No mileage reimbursement
* Limited shared housing may be available based on availability
* Housing application required 2 weeks before start
* COVID/flu exemptions may be accepted with required declination form
* Orientation occurs every 2 weeks
