We are committed to the growth and development of our employees and are seeking skilled Generator Service technician to provide expert installation, maintenance, diagnostic, and repair service for residential standby generator.What We Offer:Pay: $50,000 - $95,000 per year or more401k retirement plan with company match.Paid time off.100% health insurance premium covered for employees (nothing comes out of your paycheck).What You'll Do:Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on residential standby generatorsAssist with generator installations, startups, and system testingConduct preventative maintenance inspections and ensure systems operate safely and efficientlyDiagnose electrical, fuel, and mechanical issues on generator systemsMaintain communication with dispatch, management, and support teamsKeep company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stockedComplete service tickets, paperwork, and documentation accuratelyMaintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer serviceParticipate in ongoing technical and safety trainingObtain and maintain certifications for Generac, Briggs & Stratton, and other generator manufacturers (company assistance provided)What We're Looking For:Experience servicing, troubleshooting, or installing residential generatorsMinimum 2 years of generator, electrical, HVAC, or related field service experience preferredStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skillsJourneyman Electrician License preferred but not requiredValid driver's license with clean driving recordStrong work ethic, professionalism, and customer service skillsWillingness to learn and grow through continued trainingEnglish-Spanish bilingual preferredWho We Are:For fast relief call Keefe!
