Job Description \n Location Bay Saint Louis, MS \n Position: Hospitalist- Hospital Medicine \n Assignment Type: Permanent (PERM) \n H1B visa offered \n Job Details: \n ICU Support: Open ICU model with full (eICU) intensivist support available \n No Procedures required \n 24/7 Tele-Intensivist support \n Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (block schedule with flexibility) \n APP, PA/NPs support \n Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM \n Call: No call required \n Patient census: 12-14 avg census \n EMR System: EPIC \n \n Compensation & Benefits: \n \n \n Highly Competitive Base Salary: $280K (Negotiable) Incentives \n Sign-On Bonus: $25K \n Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $10K \n Paid Time Off & CME Time Off: Competitive PTO package \n CME Allowance: $5,500 for annual CME, dues, and licensure reimbursement \n Full Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision, 403B, life, and disability coverage \n Note: The hospital will take care of the licensing part during credentialing.
