Job Summary:

Provide project-related support and assistance for assigned projects and project teams across the full study lifecycle, including start-up, maintenance, and closeout. Ensure all work is conducted in line with standard operating procedures, policies, and good practices while helping teams maintain efficient and compliant project delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support assigned projects and project teams throughout the study lifecycle
• Assist with project start-up, maintenance, and closeout activities
• Coordinate project-related procedures and administrative tasks
• Ensure project documentation and activities align with standard operating procedures and policies
• Maintain compliance with good practices and internal quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support study execution and project continuity
• Monitor assigned project tasks and follow up on required actions to support timelines

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience supporting project procedures and study lifecycle activities in a laboratory or research environment
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures, policies, and good practices related to project support and study execution
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $62,000.00 - $129,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
