Radiology Technologist Registered PRN Plus

Job Description Within the organizational structure of radiology, performs diagnostic exams to assist in direct patient care. Has work commitment that is at minimum 3 shifts within a 6‑week period. Must work 1 weekend shift within 6 weeks, 1 minor holiday or 1 major holiday. Call requirement as determined by department. ACH, ACRH, and SLS new hire/transfer will have 60 days from start to obtain a Kansas LRT License by the Kansas Board of Healing Arts. In Convenient Care/Imaging Center setting, may also assist other modalities and perform other duties as assigned. In ASC setting: Utilizes the C‑Arm. This is a Swing Shift PRN Plus role. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic exams in the radiology department. Commit to a minimum of 3 shifts within a 6‑week period. Work one weekend shift within every six weeks. Work one minor or major holiday shift within every six weeks. Call in as determined by department. Assist other modalities and perform additional duties as assigned in a Convenient Care/Imaging Center setting. Use the C‑Arm in an ASC setting. Qualifications Applicable experience: Less than 1 year. American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) credential. Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross. Will obtain Kansas Licensed Radiologic Technologist (LRT) license within 60 days of start date if ACH, ACRH, or SLS applicant. Benefits Medical health plans. Tuition reimbursement. Leave of Absence.
