Director of Product

Leading a team of Product Managers and Designers, the full-time remote Director of Product will drive product strategy and execution while embedding AI into daily practices and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes. Key responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Designers, acting as both a coach and hands-on leader Collaborate with the CTO to define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs Oversee multiple strategic initiatives from discovery to customer adoption, ensuring successful execution and business impact Required qualifications 5+ years of experience managing Product Managers and building high-performing product teams Proven success in leading product strategy for complex B2B SaaS products, preferably in HR technology or AI-first environments Strong understanding of modern software architecture and experience collaborating with engineering leaders Extensive hands-on experience using AI tools and frameworks in product management Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience influencing executive-level decisions
