• Experience in coordinated patient care

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients based on established standards of care.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines using critical thinking and professional discretion.
• Utilize independent judgment in patient care decisions.
