Job Title Southeast Water Reuse Discipline Leader Group & Employment Type WSO – Regular Job Description Strategic leadership position to serve as a Discipline Leader for Water Reuse in the Southeast Region. The role involves planning, designing, and delivering water reclamation and reuse projects, growing technical capabilities, and supporting sales and growth initiatives. Responsibilities Provide guidance and coordinate with subject‑matter experts on the delivery of water reclamation and reuse projects. Perform and coordinate quality checks of documents to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with the Water Reuse Practice Leader and sales staff to support proposals for Requests for Proposals (RFPs); review draft proposals for regulatory compliance and best practices; meet with clients to assess project needs. Attend and present at conferences, symposia, and other events to enhance the firm’s technical visibility. Provide technical guidance and training to senior, mid‑level, and junior staff; mentor and develop team members; supervise engineering work and delegate tasks as necessary. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (or related discipline); equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree. Professional Engineer (PE) license. Minimum 10 years of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel required; approximately 20% travel. Expert knowledge of CADD 3D and 4D software and practices. Expert knowledge of engineering principles of design. Expert knowledge of Microsoft business software (Excel, Word, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
