Crew Member/Shift Leader JM Williamsville LLC (dba Jersey Mike's Subs) is a growing sub sandwich franchise. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Crew Member/Shift Leader to join our team. $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (estimated $15 an hour plus tips; average $3-4 per hour) Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of crew members in a fast‑paced environment Prepare a variety of sub sandwiches and other menu items in accordance with Jersey Mike's standards Operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean and organized work area Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food, and responding to customer needs Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accurately Ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively during your shift Coach and motivate crew members to achieve their full potential Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays Benefits Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company Competitive hourly wage and flexible scheduling ($18- $20+ per hour including tips) Employee discounts and meal allowances Health benefits offered for those qualifying Vacation time for those qualifying A supportive and fun working environment with a team of friendly co‑workers #J-18808-Ljbffr
