Requirements / Qualifications Comments and Other Information Positions: Probationary I Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), 1.0 FTE, POOL
Bonus: May be eligible for hiring bonus up to $8,000 for the 26-27 school year.
Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 3:45 p.m., 5 days per week, Monday - Friday, 186 day work year
Salary: Placement on the School Nurse & Speech Language Pathologist salary schedule according to experience and educational units. We award UNLIMITED years of previous SLP experience for placement on the salary schedule. Qualifies for District's portion of health benefits for self and eligible dependents.
Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of methods and strategies used to instruct bilingual/culturally diverse students. Ability to assess students referred for possible speech/language impairments and adhere to state and district criteria for eligibility. Collaborates with school site teams and families to support student growth.
