Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.

- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment.
- Ensure adherence to protocols and standards of practice in nursing care.
- Act as a resource and support for nursing staff and other healthcare team members.
- Monitor patient progress and implement interventions as needed.
