Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Converged Ad-Sales Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end advertising order-to-cash architectures for global broadcasters, studios, streaming providers and media networks. The ideal candidate will combine deep domain expertise across Commercial Order Management, Service Order Management, Linear airtime sales, traffic and scheduling, digital ad serving, programmatic platforms, reconciliation and billing, with strong capabilities in integration architecture and client-facing solutioning.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Requirement

15 18 years in media technology, AdTech architecture, order management, systems integration or advertising transformation programmers.

Converged Ad-Sales, Linear TV advertising, Digital advertising, OTT/CTV, FAST, programmatic advertising and media monetisation workflows.

Deep understanding of opportunity-to-order, proposal, pricing, rate cards, packages, IO, approvals, campaign booking, amendments and advertiser / agency commercial workflows.

Strong expertise in order decomposition, fulfilment orchestration, service order lifecycle, campaign state model, exception handling and cross-platform activation workflows.

Hands-on visibility of Airtime Sales and Traffic & Scheduling systems covering inventory allocation, spot scheduling, traffic logs, as-run, make-goods, stewardship and reconciliation.

Strong understanding of ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, programmatic activation, audience targeting, campaign trafficking, pacing, delivery reporting and measurement integrations.

API-first architecture, event-driven design, canonical data models, middleware, microservices, workflow orchestration and integration governance across commercial, fulfilment and finance systems.

Expertise in delivery verification, as-run and impression reconciliation, invoice readiness, billing triggers, credit / make-good handling, revenue recognition and finance system integration.

Ability to create target-state architecture, process flows, system context diagrams, integration maps, non-functional requirements and transformation roadmaps.

Strong client-facing consulting, discovery workshop facilitation, senior stakeholder communication, RFP solutioning, programme estimation and proposal support

Key Responsibilities:

Architect end-to-end converged ad-sales solutions spanning CRM, pricing, proposal management, Commercial Order Management, Service Order Management, campaign fulfilment, reconciliation and billing.

Define Commercial Order Management blueprints covering advertiser / agency hierarchy, rate cards, media packages, insertion orders, campaign booking, approvals, amendments and commercial governance across Linear and Digital advertising.

Design Service Order Management orchestration covering order decomposition, fulfilment routing, service order lifecycle, state management, exception handling and campaign change workflows.

Lead Linear advertising integration design for Airtime Sales systems, Traffic & Scheduling systems, inventory reservation, spot placement, log generation, as-run processing, make-goods and stewardship.

Design Digital AdTech integrations with ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, programmatic platforms, audience targeting systems, campaign managers, measurement platforms and digital delivery reporting.

Create integration architecture between COM, SOM, ATS, TSS, ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, finance, billing and reporting platforms using API-first, event-driven and canonical data model patterns.

Define delivery-to-billing workflows covering as-run reconciliation, impression reconciliation, under-delivery, make-goods, invoice readiness, revenue assurance and finance hand-off.

Collaborate with Ad Sales, Ad Operations, Finance, Product, Enterprise Architecture and Engineering stakeholders to translate business monetisation requirements into scalable technical architectures.

Own technical pre-sales and solutioning - contribute to RFP responses, discovery workshops, solution blueprints, architecture presentations, PoCs and proposal constructs for media and entertainment accounts.

Establish architectural governance - define reference architectures, integration standards, NFR benchmarks, data ownership, operational guardrails and transformation roadmaps for converged ad-sales programmes.

Good-to-Have:

Prior consulting / services / solutioning experience with global broadcasters, studios, cable operators, streaming platforms, media networks or advertising technology providers.

Exposure to Salesforce Media Cloud / CPQ / Revenue Cloud, Operative, Landmark, WideOrbit, Mediagenix, Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, DV360, The Trade Desk, Magnite, PubMatic or equivalent platforms.

Knowledge of AI-led inventory forecasting, campaign optimisation, reconciliation automation, revenue leakage prevention and GenAI-enabled AdOps workflows.

Familiarity with transformation programmes that move media organisations from siloed Linear and Digital ad-sales systems to a converged commercial and fulfilment operating model.

Qualifications:

B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Media Technology, Telecommunications or equivalent.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - ability to present to CXO / VP-level audiences across revenue, operations, finance and technology functions.

Relevant certifications in cloud architecture, enterprise architecture, Salesforce, integration platforms or AdTech ecosystems will be an added advantage.
