Amazonia Floors and More | Cockeysville, MD
Amazonia Floors and More is hiring a full-time Flooring Sales Representative / Estimator for our showroom on York Road in Cockeysville. This role combines customer sales with on-site measurements for hardwood flooring, carpet, and tile projects.
What you’ll do
Meet with customers to understand their projects and help them choose flooring.
Visit job sites, take accurate measurements, and gather the details needed to prepare estimates.
Follow up with customers and guide them through the sales process.
Flooring sales or measuring experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train someone who is motivated, learns quickly, and pays attention to detail.
Schedule: Five days per week, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Compensation: Commission-based sales position with a draw paid biweekly. The draw is approximately $3,500–$6,000 per month before bonuses, depending on experience and flooring knowledge. We’ll explain the commission and draw structure during the interview.
