Département : Restauration Vous reportez au Directeur F&B Qualifications De préférence titulaire d’un diplôme en gestion hôtelière ou touristique. Minimum deux ans d’expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire dans l’opérationnel hôtelier haut de gamme. Maîtrise de notions d’anglais est un nécessaire. De bonnes compétences en service clientèle, communication ainsi qu'un bon relationnel sont indispensables. Votre périmètre Vous aurez la responsabilité de toujours fournir un excellent niveau de service à vos clients. Gérer un rang et les commis de restauration affectés au rang. Développer en permanence une attitude commerciale envers la clientèle et veiller à la satisfaction optimale de la clientèle.
