Pharmacy Manager - Compounding Pharmacy

An independently owned healthcare group is seeking a proven leader to spearhead the growth of its new sterile compounding pharmacy. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist with deep expertise in 503 A and B operations to be on the ground floor of a cutting‑edge pharmaceutical venture.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Pharmacy Manager/Director will play a pivotal role in the expansion of a compounding and outsourcing facility that has already been built out in a South Tulsa, OK suburb. This leader will be directly responsible for establishing operational workflows/SOPs, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and leading day‑to‑day sterile compounding operations while getting products out the door. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact position ideal for someone who thrives in a startup /expansion environment and wants to shape both the facility and its culture from inception. This pharmacy is owned by a medical group and is already financially profitable on the A side. Great staff is already in place and the support is there for scaling nationally and beyond. Requirements Pharm D degree or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Licensed to practice as a Pharmacist in OK, an active OK license in good standing Experience with start‑up or independent pharmacy operations a plus Compounding experience strongly preferred but pharmacists from retail, hospital or other settings encouraged to apply Great customer service and entrepreneurial spirit a must.
